Current Employee3.6Feb 5, 2025My overall experience with this company is great. Great culture and people, however there is not a high demand for our customers to purchase versus cutting back. There are a lot of vendors that offer the base of what BMCs solutions accomplish as a cheaper price. The drawback is the comp plans don’t match what the industry offers for a similar role.
