Management in Dublin are supportive however upper management outside Ireland changed in April and bringing in lots of new ideas, not all of them great- thankfully we dont see upper management too much and can just get on with the job

Former Employee2.4May 20, 2024Like most companies, BMC can be great place to work but it really depends on what team you are on and what product you are selling. BMC has 3 pillars and DBA and iZoT do well but it’s tough being on DSOM as ServiceNow really dominates that space
