There is little to no training outside of the BDR role. Managers play favorites and are top performers at gaslighting, micromanaging to an extreme since CRO change and no work life balance what so ever. Expectations to work on PTO and weekends. It takes a toll on mental health so be aware of this. To add, the product fit to market is great. Although compared to competition BMC's user face is outdated and to top it off it is made near impossible to offer competitive pricing. Therefore 90% of deals are a loss to top competitors

Tier 4 & 5 needs restructuring. For multiple fiscal years reps are not anywhere close to hitting quota
