My overall experience with this company is great. Great culture and people, however there is not a high demand for our customers to purchase versus cutting back. There are a lot of vendors that offer the base of what BMCs solutions accomplish as a cheaper price. The drawback is the comp plans don’t match what the industry offers for a similar role.

People are amazing and products while legacy are solid. The company was great until CRO changed. New CRO is a pitbull leader and does not care about people. The ship is going down fast and many talented professional are leaving.

Great company to work for as a BDR, however if you are based in Ireland there is no room to progress to an AE role. You will be required to relocate to the given country as there is no AE function in Ireland only inside sales.
