My overall experience within BMC has been good. There are some great SDR managers, and they will always have our backs and fight for us if needed. The biggest issues I have had is base compensation and quota targets. The average deal sizes are pretty big, but most companies aren’t willing to change or buy, which makes quotas very hard to achieve. And the base compensation is low, considering they haven’t done an increase on base salaries since prior to Covid. Overall, though, the flexibility is great, SDR managers and RSMs are great, and they have a pretty great culture and support system

Very positive and experienced leadership with a great working culture. It is an organisation that challenges you to grow and overachieve with positive reinforcement. Products have been well-invested in and there are many positive messages to bring to customers, both new and existing.
