Poor quality senior leadership with short term strategy, cost down mentality leading to sacrificing quality people, reducing customer intimacy and ultimately self serving mentality will stifle growth and innovation.

In general management we’re very supportive and gave great opportunity for professional development. Unfortunately BTs processes are very slow and rigid plus has an incredibly high cost base (think huge pension deficit amongst other things).
