Very good to excellent people. Bogged down with process. Only selling to the largest multinationals who are also bogged down with process. BT is a 178-year-old British Telco and acts like one. If you can sell in that environment, you can succeed here.

Declining. Constant restructuring resulting is poor performance and redundancies. BT has some base cyber security capabilities, but they are chronically under invested in due to too much legacy telco decline.
