Low RepVue score, quota attainment isn't great. How is customer churn?

Is there an IPO on the horizon or is there an acquisition as exit for BambooHR?

Quota attainment isn't great but they're ok with that. It's just slightly out of reach to make sure you NEVER take your foot off the gas. Customer churn is really low - typically only because of companies going out of business, being acquired, or going to an "all-in-one" platform. A lot of those all-in-one folks come back within 1-3 years so you'll have another opportunity to close them. They've been talking about IPO/Exit for the last 5+ years and it doesn't seem to be getting any closer.  I highly doubt they'll be pursuing any sort of exit in this economy because their valuation is probably the lowest it's been since 2015.

They offer RSUs but doubt IPO will be happening for few years still.

Bamboo has pretty much doubled the engineering team in the last 6 months and the product market fit has been getting better at an exponential rate. Customer churn is really good despite every transaction being month-to-month. I rarely see cancellations affecting my numbers (if a customer cancels within 3 months of starting, that becomes a negative mark, taking away from your commission 3 months later. Yeah, quota attainment isn’t great. About half of reps regularly hit quota.

They do a terrible job of marketing their product. It's not an "all-in-one" and they're about 2 years from making that claim and it being true. This makes sales, REALLY REALLY hard.

IPO is on the horizon but again, probably not for another 2-4 years.
