Current Employee Bamboo is.. okay. Attainment is super low, every month feels like a panic, and the org growth is slowing big time. The first line managers are great and highly talented. The compensation is really low compared to the standard market rates. You take a paycut to be part of the “culture” they sell here.
Also, they completely 180’d on their remote stance. Everyone dreads the office aside from a few culture robots. Coming back to the office also didn’t improve morale OR performance.
There are better role out there. Come here if you want inbound leads and an entry point to tech sales while you look for your next job.
