Current Employee BambooHR has one of the best training teams I have ever come across. From not having a sales background and learning the role as an AE, its been great! I have worked at BambooHR for multiple years and have been managed by multiple managers. The BambooHR when I started is not the same company as of new. You have to be flexible and be able to adapt with change, as the sales organization changes every year. BambooHR typically pays less than the market average. But the company culture, used to be great and that's what kept a lot of people in the role, as we have manager and reps that cross the 10 year mark. Unfortunately this had changed a lot in the last 6 month and the focus has been on company year of year growth and less on growing the individual.
