The company is ok. I think they mean well - but they've been around for 15 years - world is a different place! 1. Unrealistic expectations for Senior Reps - DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AS AN ENTERPRISE REP you will fail - the company is designed to groom AE's from day 1 in the workforce. Very passive here - if you are looking for a place to learn but not earn - this is it.

BambooHR has one of the best training teams I have ever come across. From not having a sales background and learning the role as an AE, its been great!
