Current Employee BambooHR has been a great place to start a career in tech sales. There are plenty of inbound leads, which provide solid opportunities for growth. The managers are supportive and genuinely want their reps to succeed. The product is strong, and the brand is well recognized.
BambooHR has been making significant updates to the product to better support selling to larger accounts, which can still be challenging at times.
The base compensation and commission structure aren’t the most competitive, which has led to some turnover. However, once you’re working with accounts of 100+ employees, the pay becomes more reasonable.
BambooHR may not be the flashiest tech company, but it gets a lot of things right. I do wish the compensation were higher, but it’s a fantastic place to learn how to sell software effectively. Browse Other Reviews
