Overall experience at BambooHR has been positive. I hardly have to prospect and pipeline is fairly steady. However, I sell to the higher end of our headcounts where the product-market fit is a lot narrower. Leadership has consistently made changes that has helped me make more money in the long run. Lots of training. Lots of coaching. But starting to feel like I've grown out of the role after 4 years. Now it's just coming down to if our product is a fit or not and a lot of the time, it isn't for the 500-1,000 employee range. It's a great fit for anything lower though.

BambooHR keeps getting better! Product is moving the right direction, pay is getting more competitive, and feels like leadership is really trying to help sales. No company is perfect, but BambooHR really stands out among SaaS sales jobs. Amazing culture.
