Overall experience has been quite positive. I really enjoy my current role and team. I’ve been in several positions and hope to move from sales to an enablement/operations type role internally. The growth within BambooHR is incredible. Much more in store and coming!

I’ve really been impressed with leadership and the amount of effort BambooHR puts into training their employees. There is a clear path to progression and promotions and the pay is fair as you move up in the organization. Really the only thing I wish BambooHR offered was quota relief for time off. But I’m really happy and don’t plan to leave anytime soon.
