My experience as an Account Executive at BetterCloud was horrible, to say the least. After firing their original AE team for underproducing, they hired many AEs to pick up the pieces and build pipeline. Turns out the product is not a market fit and is extremely costly. Only one person closed a deal in the quarter that I was there. They also hired a CEO who has never worked in tech and struggles to understand BetterCloud's position in the market. It is also important to note that BC is currently a Vista company. After having worked at much larger companies and successful startups, I can confidently say avoid at all costs! You will only ever make your base salary, and you can expect job instability.

this place sucks. product hasnt been updated since 2018 no one hits quota, no one gets paid, leadership doesnt care. Just fired the entire commercial sales team a couple months ago "to start fresh with the right people"

Lost. Bought dying piece of G2 spend management. Come to find out no one use it and doesnt like the product. Trying to sell the core stuff but even that is outdated and has become table stakes for a lot of other vendors.
