Great tech stack to enable speed to prospecting. Great onboarding processes to ensure a proper ramp to hit target rather than ramp to get on the phones. Clearer comp plans in 2025, with a clear pathway to achievement. 2025 has given some great sales and leadership training focus to enable success in 2025 and onwards

Very based on a timeline and not on individual skill. There were reps who were very much advanced in the role and were not given the opportunity to show their skill and ability to handle complex sales cycles with this particular portfolio simply based on their time with the company.
