Former Employee Some really good leadership at the RVP and AVP level, but that was completely overshadowed by a new CRO that tanked morale, failed with his go to market strategy, over-hired in territories that did not need it, and ultimately caused folks to lose faith in the company. That combined with a slowing economy and no leadership from the C-level folks to recognize the ongoing issues within the sales org, well, that just caused the company to let go almost 20% of workforce. Definitely not the place that it used to be!
