Competitors are making huge strides in expanding their products, BILL has been stagnant for years. Because of this it’s getting much more difficult to sell. Leadership seems to be in denial of this, despite many on the floor expressing the concern.

Really enjoyed the team, great people and leadership on the CSM side. Quite a bit of whiplash when it comes to the comp plan. A lot of changes that made it feel like the earning potential became less and less.
