Former Employee As of lat, the culture and upper management leadership is really taken a nose dive. It starts with new leadership not understanding the core fundamentals of how the business works. From there, they set us on a unrealistic path with unrealistic growth goals, campaigning and moving key talent to take on “new strategic initiatives” only to lay them off. What? Not a good way to run a business.
There’s a ton of talent and great people at this company and the growth has been unimaginable over the last few years. Clean up the mess at the top and everything will fall into place.
