You have to clock in and out like a retail job. BDRs & AE's are paid hourly, with low company morale and extreme micro-managing from leadership, who are still learning how to sell themselves. Good product fit, but a tad expensive for large companies. Constant change in managers. lPO is the company's main priority. I don't recommend it here.

The lead flow really has increased but that doesn’t mean that the quality has increased. Just more unqualified leads muddying pipelines.
