SDR's are incentivized to pass anyone with a pulse willing to hop on a zoom call with an AE (seriously, no qualification). 2. AE's are expected to close 30% of those passes. 3. Current Employee3.3Oct 17, 2024the company is falling apart and the leadership is always leaving the company and the reps never last more then 7 months cause it is so hard to get by on a very low Base salary and since leadership is always leaving make it really hard to actually hit quota, unless youre getting a ton of BDR/SDR sets
