Former Employee The executive andVP leadership is extremely toxic and does not care about their sales rep. Seems they just care about going public.
They don’t actively coach they just put people on pips that they don’t like you completely based off favoritism.
If you’re a person of color run! They will treat you differently and it’ll be blatantly obvious in front of everyone, and also be prepared to be pushed out.
If you’re a inexperienced sales rep, looking to make decent money and don’t know how to do it on your own in a more senior role at a better company than this may be the role for you. This role is built for lackluster sales people who have no ability to think for themselves. Extremely micromanage and very unprofessional be prepared to be called out in large group settings! They also discouraged PTO and will question any PTO you try to take.
