Current Employee They consistently change parameters without changing goals, and then blame the sales reps for not selling value. Have gone through at least 3 different VPs of sales in 3 years, and it's mostly because higher-ups don't want to hear their goals aren't in line or make changes. Over 80% of reps don't hit goal here, so be aware you're going to be living off mostly just your hourly pay.
