Great company and a strong place to grow as a sales person. Pay seems to be lower than the market but beyond that it is a great place to work.

Echoing a lot of the other reviews, avoid the BDR org at BlackLine like the plague! They’ve been in constant restructuring, going through five different BDR directors recently. Management hasn’t been in an IC role in decades and is completely disconnected from reality. Pretty rough, but also timing was bad because it was when a lot of companies were laying people off and as an account manager this creates giant holes you need to dig out of, which severely effects compensation and makes you feel like you are underperforming and increases the pressure from management
