Current Employee SCs at BL are on team goal which means if you work in a lower revenue producing segment or aren't very good, the variable treats you well.
If you're a top performer, it's a bummer helping everybody else make money and not participating yourself.
Presales resources aren't valued culturally within the CRO and get short changed on a lot of incentives, but presales leadership is awesome, product is great, team culture is fantastic, so if you're looking for a lifestyle job but aren't super ambitious it's a great place.
