Former Employee My experience was mediocre. I was a hybrid inbound and outbound BDR but I rarely got inbound so it was an entirely outbound role. The reason I left was because my account list was locked and after a year and a half there I had done multiple touch plans on everyone I could and they wouldn’t give me more accounts. Accounts weren’t evenly distributed. I had 400. Others had 4,000. Most people quit after 2 years. They trained me a lot so went and got a job somewhere else. They also only opened up 2 closing roles for the 50 BDRs so half of us left after that too. Some people were BDRs for over 5 years. Good training.
