Current Employee3.7Sep 16, 2024My overall experience was good. I enjoyed working for the company but don't believe it's a long term home. Most of sales is underpaid.

Current Employee3.3Nov 4, 2024Blackbaud is a great company to get started with but they pay infamously low compared to other SaaS companies. They want you to be an SDR/BDR and an AE. There is low inbound leads, I generated 85% of my leads and didn't make enough money to spend all of my time on the phones. If you have an offer anywhere else, take it.

Former Employee3.3Oct 14, 2025Okay, Blackbaud has great PMF across the entire market, but in Canada, it is by and far the most expensive product. With newer entrants in the space that do 80% of the functions at 50% the cost, it is extremely difficult to make consistent sales.
