Current Employee Overall Braze is a phenomenal product. It's great to know you have the best product and there is nothing to hide in a deal cycle. It's a complex sale and sometimes hard to articulate the value Braze can add to immature buyers. Braze also invested a few million dollars in sales training for the whole company and it's worked quite well.
Braze is a great company with really smart C-suite who know how to run a business well.
Personally, I've only seen in 2+ years 5 reps in SMB hit annual quota out of maybe 25+. So SMB can be challenging.
Mid-market and Ent are great roles and you should definitely consider them.
