Not too many good things to say about this place. Really it's a dysfunctional mess with no one steering the ship. Highly talented individuals left and the company gladly watched them go to reduce costs. In all my years in sales throughout different orgs I have not seen the same kind of poor and foolish decision making as I have from the "leadership" at C2FO. Comp is a joke, base pay is mediocre at best and all the culture talk is just talk. Used to be one of the best places to work but would highly advise looking elsewhere now.

Not the place it used to be. Lost its soul and targets are unobtainable now. Don't worry I'm sure the execs are doing just fine though. .

Meh- Served in different roles at C2FO and the decision making from leadership is not based on product market fit and rather on hypotheses that are driven by "data"
