The GTM org at this company was really going downhill due to an extremely toxic, overbearing, narcissistic, alcoholic of a CRO, who thought acting like a leader meant acting like a bully. This was a terrible experience. The base compensation is nice, but not worth working with terrible leadership. You have to "inflate" your pipeline in order to keep your job.
