The product really is great and one of the more compelling/one-of-a-kind products in the market research segment, but the problem is that it is a nice to have for anyone outside of the dealmaker/corporate strategy segment or job function. This makes meetings less sticky nowadays, as many companies are pulling back on tool expenditures and general interest has fallen.

The current SaaS sales environment can position the product as a nice to have more than a need to have. Still opportunities to win and deals that are closing, but volume this year is way down compared to prior years.
