“Base is very good. Career growth opportunity is poor. New leadership is promising. Company is on the rise but is currently/coming out of a low point. Product is unmatched and fun to sell. Operations needs work. Difficult for inexperienced sales persons to find success. Training is poor. Culture is dependent on team, manager, and the teams you work with directly. Higher up leadership is elite.
