It was a positive experience. A rep doesn't want for anything in terms of guidance but you do need to stay on your toes, follow up/thru with clients and stay adaptable. They're still integrating Salesforce among other infrastructure changes.

Only about half of reps are hitting quota. Leadership is constantly changing direction without providing necessary support to sales.
