Getting started in tech sales and there are no other offers? Well CDW has great training. First 5 months in Academy then another 9 in Residency, which means you aren't held to a quota until you graduate Residency. You learn from tons of partners and can take a holistic approach to selling to your customers. The role is great, but how does a company expect you to live on $30k a year while you ramp up. Get your experience and training from here and find a place that pays.

Great for entry level straight out of college individuals. College feel atmosphere but professional! Tons of training a great place to build knowledge and network!
