Eh, this company tries to separate the tasks of an SDR, phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages into its own role. One person makes phone calls, one person sends emails and another sends LinkedIn messages. The ICP is created in conjunction with the client we are working with and the managers on CIENCE’s side have no added insight they can offer. All in all it’s a good company to start at and then leave after 6 months to a real SDR role where you are in charge of your success.

A sinking ship that doesn't supply basic tools for their SDR's to actually do their jobs. They are being sued by many companies and the US Better Business Bureau lists over 10+ complaints about this business.

My overall experience was horrible. It's a good ole boy's club and extremely toxic both for the team internally and how they execute the promises they make to clients. It was the true hard lesson learned in what you NEVER want to deal with at a job.
