Current Employee This role began 2 years ago as a very flexible role, great managerial support, and an awesome culture. It’s moved to 5 days in office, without increasing compensation, and managerial turnover has been high. (6 different managers in the last year across the 2 teams). This has had a negative impact on culture. The training for the product is lackluster, and they use a homebrew CRM. They have Zoominfo for contact information.
