Internally the company is a mess. Frequent layoffs. Bad market fit for b2b. C suite spending crazy amounts on meetings and company offsites at luxury resorts. Culture is poor for a company that prides themselves on mental health. Avoid if you can.

Toxic culture from the top down. Avoid at all costs. Would not be surprised if they fold after dirty deeds are uncovered by large prominent partners.

Not innovating fast enough to an evolving market. Delay in rolling out there next product and it’s more geared to payers than the enterprise
