The company overall is decent, but management is terrible and will do everything possible to see that you fail. You must be a "Culture Fit". If you are different from the rest then you can forget it.

So far my experience at Capital One has been impressive. I am blown away by the culture and team environment of this role. It is not something you typically see in a sales role.
