Great benefits, a cool work environment, and great people on the floor. However, it seems like a major push for growth is causing teams to become too large while quotas increase, resulting in limited opportunities in your book of business. There are a lot of unhappy dealers arguing a negative reputation in the market. Poor management from many leaders and a lack of resources during onboarding make it a challenging road to sell. Taking PTO is not realistic, and women are often treated with a lack of respect.

Product - Market Fit is good. There isn't a client that doesn't know us and or understands out value. On-boarding is lacking. You start go through weeks of training to then have no applicable knowledge to your current sales role. You have to be lucky to get a good manager and teammates that help you along the way

Company is on the decline , the culture has shifted to make shareholders happy in turn they have crushed the culture of their employees.
