Product - Market Fit is good. There isn't a client that doesn't know us and or understands out value. On-boarding is lacking. You start go through weeks of training to then have no applicable knowledge to your current sales role. You have to be lucky to get a good manager and teammates that help you along the way

This is a tough company to review, i have great friends that work there and the people are some of the best I have ever worked with. But the management is opaque despite talking about transparency being a "core" value. The overall vibe is very duplicitous, things are not what they appear at face value.
