Former Employee Quotas growing at astronomical rates, which are tied to your comp plan and decrease your payout at the same time so you are double whammied.
Leadership and culture has dramatically gotten worse. You have to be lucky to get a good manager here. It can make or break your time here.
Training/onboarding program weak and the support during your tenure is non-existent.
This is also PIP culture like any other cut throat sales org now, with low pay, over hiring in territories, smaller books, higher quotas in a market directly taking big headwinds.
Pros: nice work building, free food, strong product market fit, free coffee, 18 business days off/ year
