Current Employee Carta sales has great people. Company is profitable and uber focused on PE/VC space, but there's not yet pmf for the ERP vision. PE product/gtm strategy is more early stage. Cap table product has best pmf and is an inbound machine, but way too many reps on the team. The cap table market is totally squeezed out. Quota was just increased to unreasonable numbers across the org and there's lots of low morale in the org. Lots of top performers are leaving Browse Other Reviews
