Team is fun to work with, and they're serious when it's time to get things done. Leadership is very messy, they take a pretty hands off approach which means you can be very creative in how you work, but this can backfire sometimes and be pretty stressful on reps.

Fast deal cycles, although some prospects need much more hand-holding than others as they're typically first time founders. Currently more reps miss than hit, as there's nowhere left to prospect (closed 60%+ of the market, we only sell to net-new, no limit on book size).

Company has tendency to over-hire and squeeze reps out, but this is not uncommon in SAAS.
