Very high turnover. Great leadership from the manager level and down, very toxic leadership above that. CEO will watch your calls and fire you if he doesn’t like the way you articulate the value prop. Sales teams have to log their work hours daily. Blatant favoritism on some teams.

Been great so far until recently. Poor management prevents certain individuals with a particular background from succeeding by moving the goal post or withholding information about open roles.
