The product is actually pretty good and there is a need for it. Culture was overall pretty strong. That’s where the pros end. Upper management either doesn’t know how to lead, or they’re over their skis and just making things up as they go. Hitting quota is uncommon, targets always shift, layoffs keep happening or your managers are fired (usually if they have an opinion that differs from the CEO or CFO). Every time they say they have a plan to fix things, there is never anything concrete and we were told to just trust them and don’t ask questions. Then random things happen that make little sense and fixes nothing. Until the executives are removed, I would not recommend working there.

My overall experience was good but inbound leads slowed to a trickle after 2Q23. In my year and a half there, I never saw more than 10-20% of all sales reps in all revenue bands hit quota. Quotas are generically set with everyone having the same quota regardless of territory. The OTE is great but if you can't attain it then it doesn't matter.

Automation company with NO automation. The entire backend was a manual process and all tribal knowledge. No training and dealing with 200+ accounts for very little money per account.
