- You work such a small set of accounts (10) and avg spend is 100-200K making. So you need all 10 to spend to hit target - great math.
- Sale methodology (MEDDIC) was great in the early days, but has been neglected
- Little to know transparency internally on best practice
- Keep pivoting every 2-3 months, with a 12+ month sales cycle?
