The road ahead is probably full of opportunity with an immature industry and large TAM. 2023 was full of change internally and there are still some holes that need to be filled. Direct leadership is solid and the CRO has been great.

My immediate team had very little diversity (zero). Little interaction with other teams so tough to say if it was isolated or not.

Private equity ruined this company and what's worse, Certinia is the only portfolio company at Haveli (PE firm). Haveli is extremely hands on cutting costs and setting unrealistic sales quotas. Sales Ops drive decisions with no regard for what is good for employees or customers. Less than 20% of sellers hit quota. Good product. Great people. Horrible leadership.
