Good company. Good leadership, struggle with branding and product placement, they are also wedded to Salesforce which can be a great selling point but also weaken them.

2023 in a summary: Few reps hitting quotas, quotas being raised, over-hiring in sales, name change, main selling point redirection, revolving door of executives, PE acquisition, clean sweep of C-levels, and a 10%+ layoff. Total instability and unpredictability. Constant major change. Never firing bullets before cannonballs. Always firing cannonballs.

The ERP isn't strong enough to compete in the enterprise space, and there isn't a great demand for a standalone PSA unless you are a professional services company. You will receive no leads.
