Former Employee1.9Aug 8, 2024Leadership is a revolving door of favorites. Favorite reps get promoted even when there are more deserving candidates. Management is best friends with certain reps and it's clear that those reps have more flexibility and grace. Culture is terrible. Diversity is even worse.
