The market response was positive, but sales cycles were long due to the educational aspect of DevSecOps. Collaboration across teams was strong, though resources for sales enablement were still developing. Compensation was competitive, but success required a highly consultative approach. The company is booming and offers a lot of autonomy or support (up to you) for you to exceed in your role. Its been a great place to work so far.

Last year and this year are very different. Last year was an inbound FedRAMP funnel and people crushed it. This year we have 4x as many reps, and it's a slog.
